This week, while there were potentially indictable behaviors, the special prosecutor has chosen not to pursue an indictment of President Biden. Was the scope of the investigation out of bounds?

Is Biden dying a political death by a thousand cuts due to his age? Regardless of age – are there any candidates or presidents that can handle the breath of institutional challenges and the lack of trust that has permeated the electorate on both sides of the aisle?

We’re also watching NY Congressional District 3 – a seat formerly held by George Santos – and it’s close. If the Democrats pick up that seat, the Republican majority would shrink to two in the House of Representatives. What’s fascinating is the top issues are immigration and crime and the race may be too close to call.
