This week – a focus on some encouraging numbers and why so many Americans still feel discouraged. First, GDP grew at 6.7% and unemployment is officially still just under 4%. Wages have climbed for many. So why aren’t we happy? Biden has a 40% approval reading and 70% of the public believes the country is headed in the wrong direction.
How do you explain the disconnect between the economic indicators and public opinion?
