This is a serious conversation – Are we a nation of laws? What is the role of the Supreme Court when a new Gallop poll shows that only 26% of respondants say it is still a trustworthy institution? This is astonishing.

With new rulings that struck down NY concealed carry restrictions and the overturning of Roe Vs. Wade – several states and officials are declaring they don’t have intention of enforcing these changes.

Laws are only good if the people and law enforcement obey them. What about judicial activism? Has this been the main reason for the decline in trust and most important, is there any way to restore it? Are we still one nation, or destined to evolve in to several nations?

Thanks for tuning in this week and as always for your comments and sharing.
