Today, let’s talk about the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). In the past, efficiencies are difficult to obtain because the federal government is a landscape of fiefdoms, lobbying groups and very real money that is pumped into congressional districts.
But with Trump’s victory may come a mandate that we need to stop accumulating national debt and seriously consider very real spending cuts.
The question is – can it be done without moving from disruption to chaos? What might happen to the thousands of federal workers whose positions may be at risk?
What are your thoughts? Do you think DOGE can succeed? Leave us a comment, and we’ll see you next time.
