This week two new reports were published – one from the UN on climate change and the other from the US Census. Both give inevitable results and challenges and both are very dramatic in terms of their conclusions.

Let’s start with the census – there have been projections about the US becoming a majority minority country buy the 2040s but the report issued yesterday shows this trend accelerating faster than previously predicted.

Next we’ll discuss the UN climate report which paints a dire picture not of the future of the climate but that shows humans’ impact on today’s climate and weather patterns. Is it too late to have any meaningful shift?

One common thread in both reports is that of acceleration.

Thanks for tuning in this week. We’ll be back again with video next Friday and as always we welcome your comments and your thoughts.
